2. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated on etis GmbH's own infrastructure in Germany. When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes access data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent) to the extent required to deliver the page and to ensure stability and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is stored only briefly and is not merged with other data sources.

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services, and does not embed third-party content.
4. Contact form
If you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, company if given, email address, vTiger version if given, message) solely to handle your inquiry. It is transmitted to our internal mailbox info@etis-gmbh.de. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request). The data is deleted once it is no longer required to handle the inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply. It is not shared with third parties.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
